2. Booking & Cancellation

You can book a service by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Vehicle Condition

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose the vehicle's condition and any pre-existing damage.
We reserve the right to adjust the service plan or pricing after inspection if the vehicle requires additional work due to excessive dirt, pet hair, or damage.

We are not responsible for the deterioration of materials that are already damaged or aged.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
We accept cash, card (if supported), or bank transfer.

All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Car Valeting & Detailing Cavan is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
Electrical or mechanical issues caused by hidden defects
Items left inside the vehicle during service
Delays caused by weather or unexpected circumstances

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
