Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide professional automotive services including, but not limited to:

• Valeting and detailing
• Paint correction
• Ceramic coatings and maintenance
• Interior cleaning and sanitisation
• Odour removal
• Body kit supply and installation

All services are performed using industry-standard methods and products.

2. Binding Agreement

• A confirmed booking (verbal, online, or written) constitutes a legally binding agreement
• By engaging our services, you confirm you have authority over the vehicle

3. Deposits & Payments

• We reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit
• Deposits secure time, labour, and resources
• Full payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise

Late Payments

• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments in accordance with Irish law
• Any costs incurred in recovering unpaid debts (including legal fees) will be payable by the Customer

4. Pricing Adjustments

• All quoted prices are estimates only unless confirmed in writing
• Final pricing may increase if:
  • Vehicle condition is worse than described
  • Additional work is required
• We will inform the customer before proceeding with additional charges where possible

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Minimum 24 hours notice is required
• Deposits are non-refundable for:
  • Late cancellations
  • No-shows
• We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in cases of repeated cancellations

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for:
  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, fading, corrosion)
  • Failure of aged, worn, or previously repaired materials
  • Mechanical or electrical faults
  • Damage arising from undisclosed defects
• Our total liability (if proven) shall be limited to:

7. Pre-Existing Damage Declaration

• Customers must disclose any known defects or damage
• We may document vehicle condition before service
• Failure to declare pre-existing damage removes liability from us

8. Personal Property Disclaimer

• All personal belongings must be removed before service
• We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to items left in the vehicle

9. Ceramic Coating Disclaimer

• Coating durability depends on:
  • Maintenance
  • Environmental exposure
  • Vehicle usage
• We provide no guarantee against wear caused by neglect or improper care
• Failure to follow aftercare instructions voids any implied warranty

10. Body Kit Supply & Installation

• All aftermarket parts are subject to manufacturer tolerances
• We accept no liability for:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Fitment inconsistencies beyond our control
  • Damage after installation (including road use, impacts, or misuse)
• 👉 Customer accepts that modifications may affect manufacturer warranty or insurance

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Equipment failure
• Supplier delays
• Illness or emergencies

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

• The vehicle poses a health or safety risk
• The customer behaves in an abusive or inappropriate manner
• The working environment is unsafe

13. Satisfaction & Complaints

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• Claims made after this period may be rejected
• We reserve the right to inspect and rectify any valid complaints

14. Indemnity Clause

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Manek Signature Ltd against any Claims, Damages, Losses, or Legal actions arising from:

• Misuse of the vehicle after service
• Failure to follow aftercare advice
• Undisclosed vehicle defects

15. Retention of Title / Right to Withhold Vehicle

• We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle until full payment is received
• Storage fees may apply for uncollected vehicles

16. Collection & Delivery Liability

• Vehicles are transported at the owner’s risk
• Customers must ensure valid insurance coverage
• We are not liable for incidents outside our control

17. Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

19. Dispute Resolution

• Parties agree to attempt resolution amicably before legal action
• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Manek Signature Ltd and override any prior agreements.
